Terms of use
Last updated 12 October 2026. Frontier Frets ("we", "us").
The short version: you may read and look around this site. Everything on it belongs to us. Nothing here is an offer to sell.
1. Using the site
You may browse this site for your own, non-commercial use. Do not copy, scrape, resell or republish its text, images, renders, code or designs, and do not try to break or overload it.
2. Our rights
The Frontier Frets name, logo, guitar designs, apps, software, text, renders and screenshots belong to Frontier Frets. All rights are reserved. See the IP Notice and License Terms (a draft until our attorney review is finished).
3. No sale yet
Nothing on this site is for sale yet. Descriptions, specs, features and "coming soon" items can change before launch. Subscription terms (billing, renewal, devices, refunds, price-change notice) will be published and shown at checkout before anything opens.
4. No warranty
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using it.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state (or country) in which the owner of Frontier Frets resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts, or by arbitration, located in the county where the owner of Frontier Frets resides, and you consent to that venue. Nothing here limits any consumer rights that the law of your own country gives you.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
